My goal is to ensure complete satisfaction.  If you are not happy with a piece, please contact me to see what remedies we can agree to.

All pieces are handmade and, as such, are essentially one of a kind.  They also are imperfect in many ways.  For example, fused glass can contain small bubbles of varying sizes.  In addition, actual colors may differ slightly from those in the pictures.

Shipping is through USPS and is calculated by weight.  Multiple items may be shipped for a single price.  Some items are too fragile to be shipped and can only be delivered locally.
